New Albany huddle house used to be one of the best in town. But my last few visits there as well as stories from friends who also visited, they have really run down. From the place being dirty, to the staff being rude, we’ve waited 45 minutes just to get our drinks and they weren’t what some of us ordered, I’ve had burnt food and I’ve had cold food. I’ve given them multiple chances to get it right but it gets worse and worse every time I go. In fact it’s gotten so bad that I’m writing a review on Google! I never do that! Something NEEDS to be done. On the other hand Waffle House sure has impressed me lately
It was poor service today. Only one waitress one cook and had to ask for refills. Silver ware covered with water spots. I will never go there again! Some customers walked out!
Food is good, but then I saw baby spiders in the napkins that were given to customers. The cook keeps her area clean, but servers touching people's food without gloves and going against all sanitary standards. Will not be back after what I saw.
