Third power outage to my business this month alone. Hard to make a living with this constant failure in service.
Power is always out. They add mysterious charges to your bill and won't even explain why. If the power is out and you call to inquire about it the staff are always very rude and will say they are working on it and hang up. If you could pick and choose what power you could be with they would be out of business! Power has been out for 6 hours now.
