I brought my lawn mower here for a regular service and it took them two weeks to get it done and they charged almost $400!! We have bought 3 lawn mowers from here over the years from the previous owner but we will never buy another. Their service is horrible and they overcharge big time!!
I'd give them 1/2 star if I could. The customer service is terrible. Bur there's a bible on the counter and they tell you to have a blessed day so i guess that makes their crappy attitude ok. They had our mower 6 weeks. We picked it up the weekend after they called and told us it was ready but the jerk who helped my husband load it told him it had been ready for two weeks. We got it back with problems it did not have before we took it in, so I guess they are trying to be sure they get another pound of flesh. Not happening - we're taking it to Pontotoc. I just moved here 2 years ago but this kind of thing is pretty common amongst a lot of the local businesses.
Don't waste your time and especially your money!!!! They don't stand behind their work!!!
This place has gone down since owners have changed. The girl behind the desk have limited customer service skills and are quick to catch an attitude. I live on New Albany, but would rather ride to Tupelo than spend money with them. Never again!!!!!!
