Their customer service is horrible, and they're not personable at all. I left due to them trying to charge me a ridiculous made up price and doing a half done job on my nails. They really need up to date training and knowledge, because they suck!
This would make my second trip to this salon. The first time I read some good and some bad reviews so I decided to give it a shot. The first time was fairly decent. I was charged a fair amount for a fill in and color change. This trip however, was not as pleasant. The lady working on my fill in was very aggressive and even cut my knuckle with the machine she was using to file my acrylics, drawing blood. Out of a reflex I drew my hand back..( I was watching something on the tv when it happened) so I wasn't watching what she was doing. After that she didn't apologize or show any signs of being apologetic as she continued to throw my hand out of the way and reach for the other, as well as twisting my thumbs. Now, this salon was not busy at all when I walked in and only had a few customers come in after me. I was polite even after she was rough with my hands and cut me. So, after she is done filling them in she asked if I wanted them shorter. She grabs a pair of clippers, places them up to my nails and then looks and says can I just cut them down? I didn't realize that was an extra charge. After its all said and done I have streaked polish, uneven nails and already have a chip on the end of one. I paid more than my first visit and I requested the same thing I had my first trip. I won't return and will take my business to Tupelo.

Bad customer service, not one worker smiled the entire time. they do a sloppy job. I went to get acrylic nails and they didn't even clean my natural nails or under the nail and they make the nails fat and thick which is hideous. WASTE OF MONEY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
