GO HERE ONLY IF YOU HAVE TO TRUCK DRIVERS.

Wonderful people who do a great job! I would highly recommend this place.

I'd give this place a Zero if it was possible. Not only is the representative, Cody, lacking in the customer service department, the work they do is overpriced and not guaranteed. We were charged $250 (originally tried to charge $350 but the service truck driver quoted $250 so Cody was not happy and added that extra $100 to replace a bolt) for a tow across the street (OK, I'll bite you guys have to make a living and that's the basic cost of a service charge, albiet small company owner ops are trying to make a living too, and to not cut a break whenyou can basically see the truck from your shop is just crap). Initially, we thought the clutch was out, truck ended up needing a bolt that had come out of the linkage. $304 to replace. Just had this done for $154 in another of our trucks ( same model) at another place. So yeah he added the $100 plus dollars for a tow across the street. If your still thinking about using these people, our truck made it 37 miles down the road before the bolt FELL OUT!!!! When we called, Cody told us that he would go out but if that wasn't the problem we would have to pay another $350 for a service call ( and of course how would we know if he was telling us the truth if he said that wasn't the problem, he's obviously not a honest, decent person to start with ) so we said "No Thanks" and washed our hands of that. Got the truck home, guess what?, It was the bolt they had replaced. Think we'll get our $304 dollars back? Haha. This is exactly why those small company owner ops struggle so hard. But don't worry about it Cody, we won't hold it against you. We'll just let this review do its job, and with some luck on our side, there will be sand in the Vaseline!!!

Great people

They have backyard mechanics, you have to babysit there work.

I was stranded by a bad alternator while driving from Memphis to Birmingham. I was 16 miles from their shop and it was 10 PM on a friday night while it was raining. Codie was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me to get my car to the shop. He ensured me that mechanics would be in at 7:30 on saturday morning and would look at my car first thing. After ordering the part, it was fixed shortly after 10 AM. Keith even came to pick us up from the hotel ten minutes away when the car was ready. I am forever thankful for this shop!

Cody seems to be knowledgeable & decent, but he needs real certified Semi-truck mechanics.
