My car is under warranty, they approved a loaner for my to get it fixed. Every time I call, I'm told they will check the status and call me back. I never get a call back. Last week I called the manager of service two days in a roll. No return call. I called Arnold. Within a few minutes, the service manager called me and we scheduled my repair for today, I was to drop my car off at 8 and pick up a loaner car. I arrived before 8 and was told the loaner went out yesterday and was not due back until 4 today. The guy at the desk even told me he had called me multiple times and I had not shown up for a scheduled appointment. NOT TRUE. I called Arnold. His statement was a loaner was not in the warranty.
